FAQs about the hiring process.

How long does the process take?
At Talkdesk, we want the process to be as quick as possible. It can range from one week to a few months depending on external and internal factors. If you’ve been in contact with a recruiter and would like an update, feel free to reach back out to them directly.
Can I meet some of my teammates? Yes! Most processes are designed with peer interviews so you will have a chance to meet your peers if you progress to that stage.
If I receive another offer but Talkdesk is my number 1 choice, what should I do? Reach out to your recruiter. In some cases, we may be able to expedite the process on our end, in others we may not be able to meet your timeline.
